Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Day 13 Port Kelang, Malaysia (for Kuala Lumpur)

From the Navigator - Throughout the early hours of the morning, Dawn Princess maintained a south-easterly course parallel to the Malaysian coast on her port side.

Today we arrived in the capital of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur after being bused in from Port Klang. We spent the day with our friend's Arnold and Ros. We were dropped at the Petronas Towers. They are the second tallest towers in the world.

Next we hoped on to the Hop on Hop off bus for a trip around the city. It is a modern city grown for a tin mining village. We visited the KL towers and took in the great views of the city. (I have posted Pictures)It is like the Space Needle in Seattle with the restaurant that spins around on top. Next stop was at The Tropical Spa where we all had great 1 hour massages for 60 Ringgit about 20 US. Sure beats the prices on the ship. We continued around the city until it was time to rejoin the ship.

We really enjoyed or day. Next Port Langkawi
