Randy and I spent the day hiking the Bush, Springbrook National Park, Natural Arch and Tropical Fruit World. It was a great day. Our Tour Guide John was funny and informative. Our fellow 12 travelers were very nice group. We could not have asked for a more perfect day the weather was stunning. We did five hikes to different waterfalls. It is so wonderful to see Parrots, and Cockatoos flying round in nature not seating in a cage. Stopped at Spring brook Manor and had a good lunch. The Tropical Fruit World is the largest tropical fruit farm in the world. We sampled the fruit from papayas, dragon fruit, custard apples and avocados, to name a few. New Guacamole recipe: mash avocado's and add papaya seed dressing, dip with chip. Yummy. Tomorrow is our last day on the Gold Coast we are going to the beach.
